Search by region from a map
One of the extras offered by Domaza is the ability to search by map. Go to the ‘Map search’, where you will find several ways to search for properties in a particular area.
If you are looking for property in a particular region, just enter a state, city or name of the district or region in which you are looking for a property. On the map icons appear in the form of houses; click on them to see more detailed information about the property. If you click on the sign, a new page with a complete description of the property will open.
You can also search in a region by simply clicking on the map twice on the desired city or area. From the control menu in the top left of the map you can change the scale.
If you want to search in several areas or a particular part of a region, then you can determine yourself an area in which you are looking for properties. To do this click on the ‘Mark new area’ sign and then tap once on the map. When a red box appears next to the mouse cursor, start marking out the area in which you want to search for properties. When you move the mouse red dots appear showing the contours of the region. By clicking on the map, you set the boundary of the selected area. To close the area and begin searching, click on the first box set.
Under the map there is a menu in which you can set detailed parameters of the property you wish to purchase: property type, degree of completion, price limit, area, number of rooms and more. Also, here you can search for items by owner: real estate broker or a private individual, construction company, investment company or bank.
If in the area you are searching, there is no property that corresponds to your requirements, you can leave request, and when a new property is published, you will receive a notification.
